PEORIA, Ill. – As of late Wednesday morning, power has been restored to most Central Illinois Ameren customers.
As of 11 a.m., the number of homes without power in Tazewell County was down to 89, 15 customers had no power in Peoria County, and 25 were still without power in Woodford County, according to the Ameren Illinois Outage Map.
Thousands were without power late Tuesday night after high winds rolled through the area knocking down power lines and tree limbs.

PEORIA, Ill. — According to the Ameren Illinois Outage Map, hundreds of Central Illinois customers were still without power on Wednesday morning after high winds rolled through the area Tuesday night.
As of 8:20 a.m. Wednesday, 437 customers in Tazewell County were in the dark, 103 Peoria County customers had no power, 25 customers in Woodford County were without power, and roughly 200 customers in McLean County were in the dark.
Tuesday night, thousands were without power in the Tri-County area.

As of 6:45 a.m. Wednesday, 765 customers in Tazewell County were in the dark, 86 Peoria County customers had no power, 26 customers in Woodford County were without power, and 202 customers in McLean County were in the dark.
Tuesday night, thousands were without power in the Tri-County area.
