PEORIA COUNTY, Ill. – Four people ended up getting arrested after Peoria County Sheriff Chris Watkins says a stabbing occurred at a home near the Peoria International Airport.
Watkins says a 41-year-old male victim was taken to UnityPoint Methodist around 3:30 a.m. Thursday after the stabbing near Airport and Harp Hollow Roads, and has serious but non-life-threatening leg injuries.
The sheriff says a search warrant executed at the home resulted in Arik Michael, 27 (pictured left), facing charges including Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, and Unlawful Use of a Weapon.
James Shilling, 34 (pictured right), was arrested on a Aggravated Battery charge for a separate stabbing that occurred July 15th at a mobile home park near Southport Road.
And, Watkins says, two others were arrested on warrants.
Michael O’Hara, 42, was wanted on two Peoria County Warrants. Michael Bailey, 44, was found to be wanted on four Peoria County Warrants.
All four suspects were taken to the Peoria County Jail.
