- Exercise most days, even if it’s a walk. Movement is vital to not only better health, but better sleep as well.
- NO PHONE an hour before your SCHEDULED bedtime. Yes, I said scheduled bedtime. You want better sleep, you need a scheduled routine.
- Keep your bedroom fairly chilly (62-65 degrees)
- Speaking of your bedroom, keep it dark…like a cave. Oh, and having a T.V. on isn’t keeping your room dark
- Reduce clutter…especially in your bedroom
