PEORIA, Ill. – A band considered legendary in heavy metal music will be coming to the Peoria Civic Center in a few months.
The civic center says Judas Priest will kick off the group’s “50 Heavy Metal Years” tour in Peoria on March 5th. Rock group Queensryche is said to be opening for them.
Tickets for the show go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m.
Judas Priest formed in Alabama in 1969.
The Peoria Civic Center also announced Monday that rock group the Tedeschi Trucks Band will play at the Civic Center on Tuesday, January 25th. Tickets for that show also go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.
