PEORIA, Ill. – The owners of a local winery say the COVID-19 pandemic has claimed their business after two decades in operation.
Kickapoo Creek Winery says in a Facebook post it will close for good on December 31st. Owners, the Conner family, say the pandemic “has significantly affected our business” to the point where they need to close.
The owners say they thank the public, and they regret that they, “won’t be able to provide a place for more memories to be made.”
