PEORIA, Ill. – A Peoria man was taken to jail late Wednesday night after he allegedly was found to have a gun in his possession.
Peoria Police say Dylan Starr, 25, had fled the scene by the time officers got to an address on West Wiswall not far from Manual High School just before 11:30 p.m., where he allegedly caused some sort of trouble.
They found him later not far away on South Laramie, and a search of a home allegedly turned up a handgun.
Starr is, for now, facing charges of Aggravated Unlawful Use of a Weapon, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Possession of a Firearm without a FOID card, Telephone Harassment, and Harassment Through Electronic Communications Threatening Injury.
