EUREKA, Ill. – A man has been arrested in connection with a fatal ATV crash earlier this week that killed an East Peoria man.
25 News reports Kenneth Brinkley, 25, of Spring Bay appeared in Woodford County Circuit Court Wednesday, charged with Aggravated Driving Under the Influence.
Brinkley is accused of driving a vehicle on a highway in Woodford County while under the influence of alcohol.
Ryan Pitts, 24, died early Tuesday morning from what the county coroner says was multiple blunt force injuries when an ATV crashed in Bay View Gardens.
Brinkley is jailed on $2 million bond and will be back in court April 15th.
