PEORIA, Ill. — The Metamora Redbirds earned their first ever trip to the basketball state finals Monday night beating Wheaton St. Francis in the Class 3A Boys Basketball Ottawa Super Sectional 60-44.
Metamora advances to play in the state semifinals in Champaign on Friday.
