MOSSVILLE, Ill. – A man wanted for allegedly violating an Order of Protection and causing an Emergency Response Team to show up at his wife’s home last week is now in custody.
The Peoria County Sheriffs Department says Glenn Roy, 38, was arrested without incident around 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 10400 block of North State Street in Mossville.
That’s where officers were dispatched to last week when Roy’s wife told investigators she came home to discover a threatening note on a barricaded door.
Roy allegedly had been arrested a number of times this month alone on counts including Aggravated Domestic Battery, Possession of a Weapon, and another charge of Violating an Order of Protection.
Roy is jailed pending another court appearance.
