UPDATE 10:00 p.m. — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office has said Cody Villalobos is now in custody.
He was captured in the Western Peoria area, according to authorities.
Zachary Hart was the only inmate that had yet to be captured.

UPDATE 8:45 p.m. — Fulton County authorities said the two remaining suspects, Cody Villalobos and Zachary Hart, are believed to have left the area.
Law enforcement conducted aerial searches and ground searches before concluding the remaining two had most likely left the area.

UPDATE 7:30 p.m. — A second suspect, 34-year-old Jesse Davis, has now been captured in the Farmington area.
Davis was the suspect that was reportedly seen in Farmington earlier Thursday.
Cody Villalobos and Zachary Hart are still at-large.

UPDATE 4:30 p.m. — One suspect, 22-year-old Eugene Roets, has reportedly been captured in the Peoria area.
The other three are still being sought.

UPDATE 3:45 p.m. — A person matching the description of one of the escaped prisoners was reportedly spotted in the Farmington area Thursday morning.
The suspect reportedly stole a van from the area.
Agencies, as of 3:45 p.m., were on the scene to the south and east of Farmington searching areas where confirmed sightings have occurred of at least two suspects.
Residents in the Farmington area were encouraged to maintain vigilance and awareness of their surroundings.

LEWISTOWN, Ill. — The Fulton County Sheriff’s office is asking residents of Lewistown and surrounding areas to lock their cars and homes, after four inmates escaped the jail.
On Wednesday night, correctional officers discovered an inmate was missing from a cell block. It was later determined that four inmates had escaped.
The Fulton County Sheriff has identified the inmates as Jesse Davis, 34, Cody Villalobos, 26, Zachary Hart, 36, and Eugene Roets, 22.
Davis is a Black male, who is 5-foot-5, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
According to the sheriff, Davis was in custody for possession of a weapon by a felon, obstruction of justice, possession of ammunition, and possession of methamphetamine.
Villalobos is a white male, 6-feet tall, 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
Villalobos was in custody for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a revoked license, possession of a controlled substance, resisting and obstructing a police officer, possession of a weapon by a felon, failure to appear on a pay order for DUI charges, and possession of contraband in a penal institution.
Hart is a white male, 6-foot-6, 170 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
He was in jail on numerous charges, including aggravated domestic battery, home invasion, possession of a stolen debit card, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a weapon with no FOID, fleeing and eluding a police officer, obstructing justice, and failure to appear on a pay order for DUI charges.
Roets is a white male, 5-foot-9, 180 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.
Roets was sentenced to seven years in the the Illinois Department of Corrections on May 15, and was awaiting a transfer.
Roets faces numerous charges, including possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of stolen property, possession of methamphetamine, possession of ammunition, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a weapon with no FOID, criminal damage to state supported property, and aggravated battery.
The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office is working with the Knox, Peoria, Fulton, and Mason County Sheriff’s office, along with the Illinois State Police, the United States Marshal Fugitive Task Force, Havana, Lewistown, Canton, and Farmington Police Departments.
