Trying to fight off the Coronavirus weight gain, I’ve started eating spinach for breakfast! No…I have not lost my mind! To be honest, it’s really pretty tasty because of everything else that is in it (which is important to the flavor). Kind of tastes like a peanut butter/banana smoothie, plus it’s full of good stuff to help get you back into shape.
- 1 Cup spinach
- 2 tablespoons plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup Almond milk
- Optional – 1 peep to eat while you drink your healthy smoothie
