The largest 4th of July celebration in downstate Illinois just got bigger with the addition of Country Music Superstars, and Academy of Country Music Group of the year nominees...Diamond Rio.  "Methodist Red, White and Boom!" will be expanding to three days of festivities including two huge acts in concerts.
On Thursday, July 3rd, Cheap Trick will be on the Festival Park stage along the Peoria Riverfront.

Then on Saturday night July 5th, it's the group that helped define country music...Diamond Rio on the CEFCU Center Stage.

Doors open at 7:00p.m. with the concert starting at 8:00.  Advance tickets are available at local Co-op Record stores for $25 or $30 at the door.  Diamond Rio and Cheap Trick produced by Riverfront Entertainment.  Sandwiched in between two great nights of concerts, on Friday, July 4th, we will light the skies above both sides of the Illinois River with over $75,000 worth of unforgettable blend of fireworks that will be synchronized to a spectacular musical soundtrack.
